Water jet cutting
Water jet cutting is the most versatile cutting method in the world. Why? Because it can cut practically any contour, any material, completely without rework.
We cut one-offs, prototypes and series, quickly and precisely, for renowned customers in the automotive, toolmaking and mouldmaking, medical engineering, mechanical engineering, luminaire production and packaging industry.
Our water jet system is typically operated with a pump (3,800 bar/55,000 psi). This pump enables us to operate our water jet cutting system cost effectively and efficiently. Maximum workpiece size L = 3000 mm x W = 2000 mm x H = 180 mm.
In direct comparison to milling, the water jet is up to five times faster - and ten times faster than eroding!

With our CNC 4 rolling machine we can roll almost any geometry without additional tool costs, from a single piece through to large series.
Metal sheet length max. 1900 mm, from 0.3 mm sheet thickness.
With our CNC turret punching machines we are able to punch metal sheet thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, quickly and in most cases without additional tool costs.
The maximum part size is 2500 mm x 1700 mm.
